Vale Estates is located in the northwestern part of the island of Brač, in the town of Sutivan, which is known for its hospitality, numerous pebble beaches where foreign and domestic tourists will find peace and quiet. What makes this residence special is its private fenced yard right by the sea, with an area of 4000 m2, luxury boat with private skipper for transfers and excursions during your stay included in price, 2 cars at your disposal 0-24h for exploring the island, many corners for enjoyment, activities and rest in complete privacy.

You will relax with the scents of the Mediterranean, swimming in the crystal clear sea. This villa is a great opportunity to escape from hectic everyday life so that you can enjoy a real vacation of this residence together with your family or a group of friends! This stone beauty was built in 2022 in a modern style of construction, only 10 m from the clear sea, providing accommodation for a maximum of 8 people. You will be able to enjoy the sea view from all rooms.

This beautiful residence and tourist project is the result of our affection for Sutivan. That love goes back a long way, from 25 years ago, when we spent summers in this location.

Sutivan is a modern tourist destination that is oriented towards family, sports, and recreational tourism, and due to its climatic benefits, guests can stay here all year round!

We were destined to be here and continue to live and develop with the beautiful Sutivan.
